My style is rooted in cinematic documentary with a splash of editorial. It’s all mixed with what you & the gang bring and then colored to be true to life.
Artistry & Experience
In order to give each client and their films the time and respect they deserve, I only take a limited number of bookings each year.
I approach each wedding day as I would for any family member. I’m excited to see love on display and to see friends and family reunited for two people in love. To be surrounded by it: witnessing and capturing those moments and all the emotions. I focus on letting the day unfold and approaching it with a wide-eyed, childlike wonder. To find the beauty in the people and atmosphere all around us.
I feel immense gratitude for the couples and colleagues that have trusted me over the past decade shooting both elopements and weddings in San Diego and across the globe.
I love the intimacy and simple beauty of elopements and believe that San Diego is one of the best places in the world to elope. I also love a good party and weddings - according to my kids - are just that!
And I would do anything for love.
I believe celebrating love and celebrating one another is one of the most important & human things we can do for ourselves.
When I’m not planning, shooting or editing you can usually find me with my other loves on the soccer field, at the beach, in the mountains or on the couch in a pig pile watching a family film like Furiosa!
